With the current Canada Post strike, how are items being shipped?
Our shipping couriers include Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and UPS.
What is your turn around time?
Turn Around Times for Custom Designs: During peek seasons, turn around time custom products can take between 2-3 weeks.
Turn Around Time for All Other Products: Turn around time for products that are not custom take roughly 5-7 business days.
What is your return/exchange policy?
For online orders, purchases are eligible for return within 7 days of your delivered order, and exchanges/store credit within 30 days. Custom orders are final sale.
I am unsure if I can order this product to be a custom design.
Our Custom Orders page contains a list of our customizable products. If you not see a custom product that is listed on another page of our website, please email us and we'd be happy to assist you.
How do I order a custom product?
All custom products are listed within our 'Custom Orders' page found in the top navigation menu under 'Shop Products'. All custom product listings should have a design description page allowing you to type information about your design. If you are having any issues, please email us at peaktopine@gmail.com.
How do I order an item when I just want to make a small change to an existing design you already have?
This would be considered a custom design. When ordering, please be specific when describing the design and the changes you are wanting to make. If you are having any issues, please email us at peaktopine@gmail.com.
Help! I misspelled something in my custom order!
Please contact us at peaktopine@gmail.com with your order number and the information you need corrected. Please note our turnaround time for orders and custom orders.
How do I care for your products?
Blankets: Blankets are machine washable and dryer safe.
Tumblers: All Tumblers including 20oz, 9oz Wine Tumbler, 40oz Handled Tumbler, Camp-Style Mug Tumblers, Glass Cans, and 4-in-1 Can Coolers are hand wash only and NOT microwave or dishwasher safe.
Ceramic Mugs: Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Apparel: We recommend all printed apparel be washed inside out for design longevity. Wash in cold water. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
