With the current Canada Post strike, how are items being shipped?

We are currently shipping through FedEx, Purolator and UPS during the Canada Post strike. 

What is your turn around time?

Turn Around Times for Custom Designs: During peek seasons turn around time custom products can take between 2-3 weeks.

Turn Around Time for All Other Products: Turn around time for products that are not custom take roughly 5-7 business days. 

Do you do returns?

No I do not do returns at this time, due to the fact that many of the products are custom made specifically for you. 

 

I am unsure if I can order this product to be a custom design.

If a custom option is not listed on the specific product page. Please contact me and I will gladly see if I can make it custom for you.

 

How do I order a custom product?

Go to the product page you would like custom. In the title drop down menu, select custom design, then write a description in the description box. 

 

I do not want a completely custom design just a change of name on a product.

Perfect. If a name can be placed on a product there will be a type box for you to write the name wanted on the product.

 

Help! I misspelled the name. 

Please contact me as soon as possible. I will be making orders off what is written in the type box. If there was a mistake please contact me ASAP so I can make the proper adjustments before printing.

 

How do I care for your products?

Blankets: Blankets are machine washable and dryer safe.

Tumblers: All Tumblers, Camp-Style Mugs, and Can Coolers are hand wash only and NOT microwave safe.

Mugs: Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Aprons, Pot Holders, and Tea Towels: Aprons, Pot Holders, and Tea Towels are machine washable and dryer safe.
